Short Codes are not working

I am trying to make a page with a short code:
[display-posts include_excerpt=”true” image_size=”thumbnail” wrapper=”div”]
It doesn’t work, it just shows the text. I am using the text editor, not the visual editor.
Also, [sitemap], [youtube=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JaNH56Vpg-A], and [archives type=monthly limit=12] do not work.

I tested this with the default theme and no plugins.

After this, I loaded the theme that I purchased. The theme shortcodes work fine, however WordPress built-in shortcodes still do not work.
Is there something that is turning the built-in shortcodes off?
