short-codes like [lifterlms_my_courses] not working

I’m having the same issue. I can’t even figure out how to login to the course/access content

Have you copied and pasted as rich text? Maybe you have an HTML <pre> tag wrapped around your shortcode causing it to render as text. Check by going to your page, switch to “Text” mode on the WYSIWYG editor and if there are pre tags remove them.

No, I checked by switching to ‘Text’ mode too.
I did not find any tags before or after the short-code
[lifterlms_my_courses]

I have even tried after deactivating all plugins except LifterLMS and used only theme Twenty Seventeen. Still it did not work.

Can you post a copy of your system report or at the very least a link to your site (or a page where the shortcode isn’t working)

Started experiencing loss of access plans in memberships today, and now cannot access the wp-admin dashboard or other plug-in driven links – with error:

Fatal error: Cannot use object of type WP_Error as array in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas06_data02/69/3772269/html/wp-content/plugins/lifterlms-helper/lifterlms-helper.php on line 439

Also cannot access lifterlms.com – are these issues related?

I can see the same error in my error_log file under wp-admin catalog

I also had some problem with accessing my WP dashboard. I have removed lifterlms plugin folder and recreated it and for now I can access my dashboard.
