Hello, seems a few changes have happened, we have used this plugin for years so shortcodes on our end worked. I just wanted to eliminate we were doing it wrong.

We first noticed the [RICH_REVIEWS_SNIPPET category=”all”] was showing zero, we changed it to [RICH_REVIEWS_SNIPPET] it would display a zero as well. So we tried [RICH_REVIEWS_SNIPPET category=”foo”] and it worked again displaying the proper number of reviews.

Then on our individual destination pages (see sample link) which we have categories for, like [RICH_REVIEWS_SNIPPET category=”Miami”] now are showing a total number of reviews which in this case is “365” reviews. All though if you look down the page it is displaying the proper “Miami” reviews.

Seems like the forms [RICH_REVIEWS_FORM] and the [RICH_REVIEWS_SHOW] reviews are working the best we can tell.

    Thanks!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

We’ve got a fix for this we’re testing now. Should be out soon.

Hi, we just released version 1.8.4 that specifically addresses both of these issues. Can you update and let us know if the update does not fix one or both for you?
