Short Codes Not Working!!!

    I’ve been using BP Notifications on several sites that are all clones of each other for the most part. The welcome email notification always lists the following:

    Your Login: [email_user_login]
    Set-up Your Password: [password_url]

    For some reason the Set-up Your Password shortcode is blank when I receive the email. I tried adding several other shortcodes and they too are blank. Any Ideas?

    Thanks for your message.

    Just to check – are you referring to BNFW (Better Notifications for WP), or BP Notifications which is a separate BuddyPress plugin? Just want to check in case this is posted in the wrong forum.

    having some issues. Shortcodes not working. WordPress 5.5.1.

    Plugins all updated.

    It did work before.

    Can you please start a new support thread for this and let me know what notifications you’re using and what shortcodes you’re using that aren’t working?
