short codes not working

    i would like to purchase your pro version based on all the good reviews but the lite is not working. The short codes do not work when i add them in Elementor. Is there another way to add the reviews without the shortcode?
    – i have deactivated all the plugins- does not work
    -i have made sure that Dokan and Woocommerce is set up properly all options to add reviews are ticked -still it does not work
    – all my plugins are up to date
