Short Codes & Template Tags

  • Been updating an old site for an author friend of mine. He wanted to add music so I installed Soundy. It has worked well…very nice plugin. One issue I’ve run into and have not seen anything to help me resolve it is that I haven’t been able to have a static play button using the Short Code or Template Tag. I’ve placed “<?php soundy_button(); ?>” exactly where I want the button in the header.php, but the corner placement remains and the new position never shows up. Although the menu pushes down, which would seem to indicate the placement for the button is created.

    Obviously I’ve misread something.
