Short description showing in product archive

    Hey

    I have tried googling this issue and using custom css in the customizer. but nothing changes. I need my short description on my single product page. but not on my main product archive page.

    Im using oceanwp with elementor pro to create a custom shop layout. however the short descriptions of the products keep showing under the products on the archive page.

    I need to remove it from showing on the main products archive while retaining the feature in the single product archive

    Ive searched high and low and my eyes hurt. Its probably simple enough.

    Hi there,

    By default, the product short descriptions only show on the single product pages, not on the shop page or category page.

    Because you’re using a custom shop layout, then I would say that either OceanWP or Elementor Pro are overriding the default behavior of the WooCommerce pages. You’d need to inquire with the theme developers to customize that.
