Short Excerpt Email Contains Raw HTML

  • I presume you put HTML in your excerpts then ?? with some plugin or something like that.

    The plugin excpects the exceprt field to be textual, as it’s suppose to be.

    Excerpt fields are supposed to be plain text? As in no html?

    Do you see HTML rich text editor on excerpt field in the admin? ?? I don’t.

    In next update, I’ll make a fallback for removing html from excerpt.
