Short link not working for new URL

I updated your Jetpack settings to use the new site URL.

I would also recommend that you update to Jetpack 2.7, as you seem to be running an old version of Jetpack at the moment.

This is my first time posting so I hope it’s in the right spot. I run the blog https://www.canadianbudgetbinder.com. One of my blog fans alerted me today that a URL in my email subscription is not working. Mr. CBB | March 31, 2014 at 10:49 am | URL https://wp.me/p3WvqD-4d4 I was also told it’s also a problem that the wp.me url is in your post html code as the short link. Do you have any way to help me sort this out as I’m not the best with this stuff. Thanks mate I appreciate the help.

I am having a similar issue where the wp.me shortlink automatically links to my old IP address on Facebook and Twitter share instead of the proper link of the url.

This:

Any ideas on how to resolve this?
