Short Links?

Salaam,

Okay, I have a very long ariticle on my website and it is labeled in points. For example;
1) bla bla bla
(insert long amount of text here)
2) be be be be ba
(insert long amount of text here)
3) dee do daa daa

okay, so what i want to do it insert internal links above all the text like this;

1)bla bla bla
2)be be be be ba
3_ dee do daa daa

1) bla bla bla
(insert long amount of text here)
2) be be be be ba
(insert long amount of text here)
3) dee do daa daa

so that when you click one of these top links you will automatically be dragged down to the point you clicked. Sorry for my ignorance if this has a name that im not sure of. Anyway, please help me ?? thank you
