Short links will not create with my custom domain, only the main domain

  • I have a custom domain that is separate from my main domain. On existing posts when I go back to create a short link, it generates with my main domain even though I’ve selected the custom shorter domain. This only seems to be happening on existing posts.

    Hello,

    This is strange.

    We have tested it on out development environment and it seems working as expected. It generates short link using the custom domain.

    Could you please check you set the custom domain as default domain in the URL Shortify > Settings > Links ?

    Please check and if you are still facing the issue. Let us know. We will take a further look into this issue.

    Yes, it’s still happening, but only when creating a short link from an existing post. I’ve checked the link settings and my custom domain is selected as the default domain. Thanks for looking into it.
