Short Page Sort DDL not displaying value

  • Hi, on my mobile view(mobile view using Developer tools will not show the issue), the shop page Sort Drop down list is not displaying any value, could it be due to the latest theme update?

    I discover it by disabling all my plugins with only Super Socializer enabled.

    I am using the theme Virtue Premium. Please kindly assist. Thanks.

    Hi,

    Are you saying that this issue occurs only when Super Socializer is active?
    Would you let us know your website url so that we can look into it?

    We can select the USD and SGD options from the dropdown. Is this the dropdown list you are talking about?
    This issue started happening after theme update? Do you remember making any changes at your website just before this started happening?

    Hi, it’s the longer ddl under New Arrival as seen in the photo link I sent in the first post. A couple of plugin updates but I don’t specifically remember which ones and when this issue happens.

    We cannot see any dropdown below New Arrivals. Screenshot below:

    And it seems to be related to your theme update.

    We just checked this link too and found the dropdown list displaying the values. See following screenshots:
