    In troubleshooting a different plugin problem, their tech support noted that shortpixel is throwing errors.

    I was on WP 4.9.8 when these problems started. I’m now on 4.9.9.

    Error below:

    short-pixel.min.js:1 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘toLowerCase’ of undefined
    at checkBulkProgress (short-pixel.min.js:1)
    at Object.H [as init] (short-pixel.min.js:1)
    at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (short-pixel.min.js:1)
    at i (load-scripts.php?c=0&load[]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils,thickbox&ver=4.9.9:2)
    at Object.fireWith [as resolveWith] (load-scripts.php?c=0&load[]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils,thickbox&ver=4.9.9:2)
    at Function.ready (load-scripts.php?c=0&load[]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils,thickbox&ver=4.9.9:2)

    Hello,
    thank you for your message, sorry to hear about this issue.

    We believe the problem is caused by your WP using an older version of the javascript files.
    Could you please empty your browsers’ cache and also flush any cache your website may have?
    This should solve the issue noted by you.

    Hi Alex,
    Yes, that worked!

    In Chrome
    On your computer, open Chrome.
    At the top right, click More .
    Click More tools Clear browsing data.
    Selected “Cached images and files”
