    Hallo, My short product description is not visible on the internet.Do I need a plugin for that? Which plugin? Short product description is checked in screen options.

  • Thought I would suggest somethings, the short product description, product description is theme dependant, so I would check with your theme developer or possibly another plugin which modifies woocommerce such as (Divi) is hiding it. Good Luck! ??

    I have the theme Divi. Do I understand correctly that this theme Divi is the problem?

    By default, the short description should be shown on the product page, typically next to the main product image.

    If this isn’t what you see, then the next thing we would look at is your theme, which controls the styling/display of your site in the frontend.

    To confirm that this issue is related to Divi, you could temporarily switch the theme to Storefront or a default WordPress one and check if the issue is resolved.
