Short URL wont play at custom time

Hey,
I just realized the short URL generated by youtube with custom start time wont be picked up by your plugin.
I’ve not tested this with the long URL, but it’s only because it’s a hassle that i have to type and copy paste URL just to make it work with the long URL.
