Shortcake has no documentation?

I installed Shortcake and tried to register my shortcode using the link provided: https://github.com/fusioneng/Shortcake/wiki/Registering-Shortcode-UI
However, all this does it bring me back to the Github main page. It seems as though there is no documentation for Github at all!
What gives?
