Shortcode

    What’s the shortcode please to display the form in the page content?
    This only shows me empty divs… echo do_shortcode(“[cm_form form_id=’cm_59085e0d5ec07′]”);

    <div class=”cmApp_embedFormContainer” style=”display:none;”></div><div class=”cmApp_FormButtonContainer” style=”display:none;”></div>

    Hi there.

    We’re having this same issue with a client’s site. The shortcode works from page content but just outputs these two empty divs when used with do_shortcode. Unfortunately I need to show the form from PHP code.

    Please advise on a solution to this.
