    Hello!
    I could not find a shortcode to put the toc manually.
    I was wondering if there is any.
    Another problem I found is that the index is not appearing on all pages.

    my installation runs in php 7.1.

    YOu can use [toc] or [ez-toc]. Please be advised only using the auto insert methods are supported.
