The answer to your question is on the message on the page!

The page is not meant to be accessed directly, it is linked to from the webinar registration table which is created with the shortcode: [gotowebinar]. When you click on a register link from the table, it will take you to the registration page and the link will have a query string which will show the registration table.

Alright, after I changed the shortcode to [gotowebinar], an error like this appears
