I see filters and that page has products shown by WooCommerce.
What about filters? How are you showing them? Are you using sidebar? I don’t see space for sidebar.

That error is not the reason of why the filters are not shown.

Can you output any other widget where you expecting filter to be?

You turned on there all options for the Hide this group on.

Ofc it is not showing as you set it to be hidden on all devices.
