Shortcode after WP 6.2.1

After an update of WP to 6.2.1 my shortcodes are now not displaying events. The webpage now just shows the shortcode. For example page displays

[eo_events event_category = “walk” showpastevents=”false”] %event_title% on %start{D M jS, Y}{ g:i:a}%, at %event_venue%[/eo_events]

Rather than a list of events.

However another page using similar shortcode seems OK, the ones I’m trying to display are new events added since the update, the page that works is using events added some weeks ago.

Suggestions greatly received, I’m no expert. Thanks
