    Hello guys,

    (Sorry for my english)
I need to integrate my form in a HTML area and not in text area.
Unfortunately, I can’t use the shortcode in HTML…
Is there an alternative to shortcode ? Can I have a HTML version of my form ?

    Many thanks !

    Sébastien

    Hi @sebpaps,

Can you explain why you can’t use the shortcode in HTML? Adding the shortcode to the WYSIWYG editor on a post, for example, is embedding the shortcode in HTML so I’m not sure what you’re trying to do. Are you trying to add the form directly to an HTML page (where you have access to PHP)?

    Thanks,
    Kevin.

    Hi @yikesitskevin,

    Thanks for your answer.
I need to integrate my form in a custom HTML field of a plugin wordpress.
And if I integrate the shortcode, it doesn’t work. I see the shortcode on my page..

    Thanks,

    Sébastien

    Hi Sébastien,

The plugin author of the plugin you are trying to insert a shortcode into will need to enable shortcodes in that field. Unfortunately we can’t provide an alternative method if the field doesn’t support it.

    Sorry about that!
