Shortcode appearing as text on website

Hello

I’ve enabled the plugin and was able to show it on the front using the general settings, but I cannot make the switcher appearing using a shortcode such as [woo_multi_currency].

I am using Elementor as my website page builder, where I am using the shortcode element to show the currency switcher in my custom header, but it is not working (appearing as text on the page).

Is it possible that this plugin is not working with Elementor?
