Shortcode as a parameter

I have an image zoom plugin that is generated as followed

I would like to pass this as the contents of a lightbox. If I define the lightbox thumb as the small image, I would like it to open and contain this above shortcode so I can use the image zoom app within the lightbox and not on the page with lightbox links on

How do I go about passing my shortcode as the url=”” of the colorbox shortcode?
