    Hi,

I’m using shortcode attributes on my custom login/logout page to redirect upon login and logout. But they’re not working.

Upon login I’m redirected to dashboard and upon logout I’m redirected to default login form. This is default WP behavior.

    [wppb-login redirect_url="my-url/page" logout_redirect_url="my-url"]

Are the attributes part of PRO perhaps?

    Hi @guido07111975,

These attributes are also available in the Free version of the plugin. I’ve also tested this on my WP Instance and in my case both redirects worked correctly. To check why you encounter this issue:

1.? Could you please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Plugins -> Installed Plugins -> and send a full screenshot with everything you have installed related to Profile Builder (make sure the plugin version can be seen)?

    2. Could you please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Pages -> click on the page where you have the Login form -> and from there please send a screenshot with exactly how the PB login shortcode is added to the page?

You can use a site like https://snipboard.io/ to share the screenshots.

    Best regards,

    Hi,

I have found it myself, my domain has the prefix www and I forgot to add this prefix in the redirect_url and the logout_redirect_url. Apparently it does not work without it.
