  • Hi @lifebridgesoha,

    Your shortcode is correct.

Be sure to paste the code in TEXT or HTML mode and not Visual mode, or it won’t work. Be sure also to turn off any visual editors that are part of your WordPress theme.

i always use TEXT mode and there are no other visual editors in our theme …

i noticed that there was an automatic update to a new version of WP … could this be causing the new issue?

    Hi @lifebridgesoha,

It could be a result of a plugin or theme conflict (usually caused by a caching or security plugin).. To fix this, please try a different theme temporarily such as Twenty Seventeen, or, disable all plugins and then check if the problem recurrs — then re-enable each one until you find which one caused the problem.

    Let me know the results.

I find it fascinating that this problem JUST started happening even tho I have made NO changes to the website . . .

how is disabling all of my plugins going to resolve anything when I have not added any new plugins nor any new pages . . .

    WHY is this happening?

Is anyone else having this problem?

    this is SO frustrating!!

    Hi @lifebridgesoha,

I understand it can be frustrating. Technology is not always perfect. I cant’ answer your question but I can provide you with troubleshooting steps to find and solve the problem. The steps above are a common and fast way to test for conflicts. Once you do them let me know the results and we can try other tests if the problem persists.
