    Hi there,

Thank you for providing such an excellent plugin. I’ve encountered some issues while using it, specifically when I input shortcodes in the Elementor editor to display popular posts. The conditions I set display correctly in the editor’s preview mode, but once published, all the set conditions fail to work on the frontend.

For instance, when I set it to display 2 posts, it actually shows 9 posts on the frontend. If I increase the number, the displayed number also increases, yet I can’t seem to figure out the pattern.

Could you please help me confirm this issue? I greatly appreciate it!

If you need to access the website, you can check: https://wicca.tw/, where I currently still have the popular posts display of your plugin on the homepage.

Below are my screenshots for your easier understanding.

    Looking forward to your reply,
    Sliven

Note:- Please do not copy and paste the shortcode parameter because it causes the quote(“) issue. Please write manually.

please check and let me know…

    Hi Ketan,

Thank you for your prompt response. Following your advice, I added settings to display 2 and 3 posts, as shown in the figure below:

As previously mentioned, the correct number of posts displays normally in the backend preview, but the correct amount still does not show up during regular browsing.

    Thank you!

    Hi Ketan,

Sorry for the late response. In the meantime, I have conducted various tests, including adding new pages for display, adjusting various caching options in Cloudflare, WordPress plugin caching, and so on, but the issue still persists.

I am currently using a paid theme called MasterStudy, which is the latest version. Even when I create a completely blank new page, the Slider still goes out of my control and does not display according to the correct parameters. Here is the page: https://wicca.tw/elementor-24212/

I would appreciate your help with this matter. Thank you very much.

    Hi there,

After I manually re-entered the data, the front end still displayed anomalies. Additionally, I attempted to input incorrect quotation marks, which resulted in a longer article count being displayed. Please refer to the attached image for your reference.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    Best regards,

    Hello,

    Thanks for sharing details…

We have checked your website and you are assign 10 sticky posts then the limit is not working properly… sticky posts mean this post is displayed on wp-query first and sticky posts do not have a limit applied…

Can you please all sticky posts convert “draft” status and check our plugin limit parameter…

    Thanks,

    Hi,

Thank you very much for your help. I didn’t realize before that the issue was caused by sticky posts. Additionally, I would like to ask if it’s possible to display popular posts while excluding sticky posts?

    I am very grateful.
