Shortcode detect (for JS and CSS files)

Hello! I am willing to buy your plugin. But I can not do it until you do not implement essential function shortcode detect.
I need to js files and css plugin is loaded only on the page that displays a gallery. It is paramount! I do not need the extra js and css code on all pages of the site. You can implement it as soon as possible?
