Shortcode did’t work

Hello,

I use visualizer plugin on my site and it works fine

I want to put charts on my Events and for events I use plugin EventON – https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/eventon-lite/

BUT when I put shortcode on Event page and charts don’t show up, they’re not even in the HTML code.
