shortcode displaying instead of deck

  • I have a deck that has 180 cards with an image on the front and text on the back. With all 180 the shortcode displays on the post, if I divide it in half the deck appears. Is there a limit to the number of cards in a deck? Is there a setting I’m missing? This site is behind single sign on for our course instance so I can’t give a URL.

    No, there’s no hard limit. We just tested at 192-card deck without problems (no images, however). Is it possible to create a guest login (info to [email protected]). Or, if that’s not possible, when you have the problem, could you do control-click on the page, then Inspect (works most browsers, Mac and PC) — opens “Developer Tools/Debug”. On the Console tab there may be a JavaScript error. Could you copy and paste the text?
