Shortcode documentation

  • Hi,
    I can not find the documentation for the shortcodes.
    In particular, i would like to create a subscription form with only email. The only syntax for the shortcode i could find is this.
    [knews_form id=5 name=ask surname=required stylize=1 labelwhere=outside|inside|none subtitle=0|1 requiredtext=1|0 terms=0|1 script=1|0]

    Can you please send me the full documentation for every property of the shortcode.
    I do not want to use widgets.
