Shortcode doens't work

Hi,
I tried to put this shortcode [mr_rating_results_list sort_by=”highest_rated” title=”Top Rating Results”] in the widget area in Text block, but in the frontend shows the shortcode instead of the top rated posts.
Can you help me?
