I’ve installed, activated, and configured WP Taxi Me according to the instructions, and triple-checked everything, but the widget just doesn’t show up at all in a normal post: https://132.148.133.123/test/

On the test page, I see nothing, and in the context where I actually want to use it (where the shortcode is entered in a WP Visual Composer , it shows the ‘[taxi-me]’ shortcode text instead of rendering: https://132.148.133.123/find-us

Have I made some mistake? I’d be very interested in upgrading to pro if we can get the basic version working, but that’s proving difficult.

    Quick questions:-

    1. Do you have debug mode switched on or off? The first link you shared should work okay.
    2. What happens on a default theme? I feel the theme (Visual Composer) could be causing the issue.

    Hi Rhys,

Actually, now I do see the “Book a Taxi Now” button on my test page. I was using a desktop browser, not a mobile device. And the other issue was Visual Composer, as you suggested. Shortcodes work in certain types of elements only. Excuse my errors! Sometimes I have teh dumb. Please consider this issue resolved, and keep up the great work ??
