Shortcode doesn’t update

    I have a shortcode for results, but it doesn’t update.

    It keeps the information and I have to go in and update it.

    It is the only way I could put results onto digital signage due to lack of any integrations, or anyway to send out data/results as they come in.

    So this kind of stinks, it also does not add up the numbers, is there some additional code like instead of summary it says count (i tried, didn’t work)

    Thank you for the topic.

    I want to mention, that all the data is displayed and refreshed via PHP.
    Please note, that the only reason for the problem can be the strong cache.

    So, if you are currently using the Cache plugin, please, firstly, you can make a DB backup for your safety (you can use UpdraftPlus).
    Then, clear all the caches and check whether the issue persists or not.

    Then, make sure that it does not store a strong cache and that the webpage where the survey is located does not become static(HTML).
    Check whether deactivate PHP cache is ticked from the settings of the cache plugin or not.
    If yes, then please deactivate it.

    Thank you for your reply.

    The only possible way to reach your desired result is to add the shortcode to your page and open the webpage via TV.

    But if you want to autorefresh, unfortunately, there is not that kind of option available.
