shortcode doesn’t work

  • I put short code on page [aws_search_form]. The page only displays “[aws_search_form]”.
    no search form or results appear.

    WC version: 2.4.13

    the page is edited with cornerstone.
    I added the shortcode in visual mode.

    I just install cornerstone plugin and inser plugins shortcode inside text section and all works fine for me.

    Very strange that its doesn’t work for you.
    Are you sure that search plugin is still active on you website?

    Yes, the plugin is active. However, I do not see a settings link for the plugin.

    Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.
