Shortcode doesn't work

Hi there,
I wanted to allow my writers to embed product information in blog posts when the blog post topics directly relate to one of the products being sold.

I have this short code in the post content

[ps_product_list id_product=8,3,43,50 n=5 p=1 tpl=product-list.tpl]

However I am getting nothing output from there. Any thoughts?
