shortcode doesn’t work

    I have added the shortcode in a middle row of my theme layout and on the home page the row is collapsed as if nothing is in it. I have inspected the page in the browser and no errors are present just nothing showing and the row is gone.

    wordpress 5 with 2019 theme has the same issue as my custom theme. all other instagram plugins work but I like your feature set best so really trying to get this to work.

    Which kind of shortcode are you using? Grid or Carousel?
