shortcode doesn’t work

hi, i wanted to buy the premium version but i already found a problem on the free one, i use a local environement hense being unable to put a link, i purchased yith my account customizer and when i activate the yith refund system and i go to my account refunds, i only see the shortcode [ywcars_refund_requests] written there in text, same when i use the shortcode in elementor, the refund sexion doesn’t appear as it is supposed to, it only shows the shortcode in text, as if the shortcode didn’t work at all!, when i turn off my account page customizer, the tab works as intended but when it comes to using it with the shortcode, nothing.
