Shortcode doesn’t work

    I make the product pages with Elementor and I use the Shortcode [yith_ywgc_display_gift_card_form] to display the “Gift this product” options, but nothing appears. It is blank.

    I take this opportunity to suggest that you could link “gift this product” with Learndash courses.

    Could you share the link to a product in which this happens to you? It should be noted that this functionality is currently only available for WooCommerce default product types.

    I use Woocommerce, but not the default product page because I sell online courses. I create the product pages with Elementor, but I use Woocommerce anyway.
    Does this plugin only work for the default Woocommerce product page?

    Hello there,

    Our plugin only works with the default WooCommerce Simple and Variable products, and some types of products created by us such as Product Bundles. From what we can see, the product you have provided us seems to be not like the ones mentioned above, so this is why you can’t see the container.
