Shortcode doesn’t work any more

    Hey guys,

    I’m using your plugin for 2 years now, with this shortcode you gave me: [publishpress_authors_list layout=”simple_list” orderby=”last_name” order=”ASC” layout_columns=”2″]

    The page is not empty. Did you change anything in the shortcodes?

    Thanks for using PublishPress Authors.

    Could you please try go to Authors > Settings > Advanced, and select Simple List in this dropdown option?

    If the issue persists, you might need to change the layout form “simple_list” to the author box id that you could find it here:

    So, if your original code is:

    [publishpress_authors_list layout=”simple_list” orderby=”last_name” order=”ASC” layout_columns=”2″]

    You might need to change it to:

    [publishpress_authors_list layout=”ppma_boxes_7” orderby=”last_name” order=”ASC” layout_columns=”2″]

    Let me know if the issue persists.
