shortcode doesn't work on widget?

Hello,
I’m trying to use this plugin in a sidebar widget…
but this shortcode [rlslider id=263] pasted in a text widget doesn’t show anything..please help!!
I’m using WP 4.5.3 and my website is https://www.letturaolisticadellamano.it/
You can see another slider (which I’m testing) and just above there is this [rlslider id=263]
