shortcode doest not work

Hi what shortcode are you currently using?

[si-contact-form form=’1′]

i use this shortcode and paste on my edit page same like shown on video, but it is showing this shortcode when I visit my site.

It is same too when I would like to change my theme, but the new theme unable to preview and sometime it just show “cheatin’uh “message or just a blank page.

Is your form ID 1? Did you make sure that you pasted the shorcode using the html editor and not the visual editor?

Hi can you check the shortcode in your website, look at the single quotes ‘ you are using. There are two different single quotes. Please make sure it looks as the following below.

I also had a look at your shortcode while viewing the source code. This is what you currently have, which is wrong.

When you edit a post or page you use the WYSIWYG editor. There are two tabs one is Visual and the other is Text tab. Past the code while you are viewing the HTML editor.

where is the HTML editor?do you mean the text tab? I was tried to paste on the text tab, unfortunately the result is same.

I checked your URL above and the link is not visible anymore. Are you able to send a test e-mail? If you are then adding the shortcode will display the form.
