Shortcode don’t works

PRO VERSION:

Shortcode: You can use shortcode [woocommerce_lucky_wheel] to display wheel on a specific page without popup

I buy the PRO version, but this feature don’t works. Or how it’s activated?

The pop-up (and the side button) don’t display in some iPads or iPhones, so I need to display the wheel embeded in the page to avoid thie problem.
