I am inserting a single listing into a page using a shortcode. It’s a land listing. This is the error I get…

We’re sorry, but we couldn’t find MLS # 195564 in our database. This property may be a new listing or possibly taken off the market. Please check back again.

However, that property exists and I can view it on my site if I do a search.

Second, is it possible to use the listings shortcode to search city AND tract? Some real estate agents put the wrong info on their listings and they show up where they aren’t supposed to so I need to do a more detailed search.

  • Hey TheKenDog,

In regards to the first issue that you are seeing, I would recommend opening a ticket with the support team. I say this as I am not sure what MLS you are apart of to take a closer look into this issue. We will be able to identify the problem. You can reach out to support via the following email: [email protected] or call in via the following: p. 877.348.7654 Ext. 3

For the second issue, I would recommend using IDX Pages as this will give you more control over the options that you have to select. By default, short code will only allow for one area to be selected.

    Example: https://prntscr.com/apu5a3

Only one area type can be pulled through at this time unfortunately when using short code. IDX Pages can be used as a good alternative in this case because they allow for you to add multiple items within a single link. This would include things like multiple zips, cities, MLS numbers, tracts, counties, and much more.

Please feel free to reach out to us via the following:
