Shortcode first name blank

    Hello,
    When I reset the password, I have set the email with shortcode {first_name}…
    I checked the user….it has name, first name inside the user settings…

    However, when I got the email, the name does not display at all.
    How can I check with you to solve that?

    Hi,

    The shortcode {first_name} is not used for the New account and Reset password type, that shortcode is used for the order email types only.
