shortcode for 1 particular doc

    Hi

    I would like to get some guidance on how to achieve the following goal.

    I have a few knowledgebase articles.

    I hope to add a popup link to a respective article on the form.

    For example,

    knowledge article title is

    “How to earn money” post id = 12345, tag : howtoearnmoney

    On the form

    Please click this button to know how to earn money (hyperlink to popup with a specific class)

    I know how to set up a popup with a specific class but I am not sure how to point to the particular article by using shortcodes.

    Which shortcodes should I use and any sample of that based on above info?

    I read about this https://betterdocs.co/docs/use-shortcodes-display-docs/ but it’s way too simple explanation…

    so would like to get more details on how to achieve this.

    can you guide me on this?

    Just further check, there is no way to call the particular article using Elementor element?

    or passing the value of search result..?

    Hi @futureyoon ,

    For the Elementor also, unfortunately, I am really sorry to say that we don’t have such a shortcode to add a popup with the doc link to the Instant Answer or pass the value of the search result currently.

    However, Thank you so much for your idea. It would help us to improve the plugin.
