shortcode for a single review?

Is it possible for me to use a shortcode to display a single review? I see where I can specify the post ID, the reviews on my site, are not tied to a post. I would like for my clients to review the work I did for them, and then display that review with the description/thumbnail of their site on my portfolio page – https://www.cmhtechnology.com/web-design-portfolio/, as opposed to a long list of reviews at the bottom of the page.
