    Thank you for your inquiry.

Does that mean your inquiry about that does not work a preview when you register a shortcode?

Sorry, please try to check the following.

    1. Please confirm whether that table has the data at the “Operate Data” tab on the “CDBT Tables Management”.
    2. Please check whether you have permission to view to your user role that the table is logged in to the management screen.
    3. Please confirm whether you have inputed that table name to “Target table name” field at the “Shortcode register” tab on the “CDBT Shortcodes Management”.
    4. Please confirm whether you have inputed wrong keywords like never no match of data to “Narrow Keywords” field at the “Shortcode register” tab on the “CDBT Shortcodes Management”
    5. Please confirm whether you have not inputed all columns to “Exclude Columns” field at the “Shortcode register” tab on the “CDBT Shortcodes Management”

If you can not be a preview after checking the above items, please inform me the shortcode that are displayed in the “Generated Shortcode” of the “Generated shortcode confirmation” just before you preview.

    Thank you,

I solved it, thanks. When I looked more closely at the previous support requests there was a question about table joins being supported or not. That answer applies to this question because when I said it was a ‘view’ what I ought to have said was that the table was a ‘join’.
