Shortcode for calling

Hi,
When using the plugin that calls any widget in any page/post by use of shortcode, I can’t find the “title” of this widget.
But with or without the plugin, even if I add my own function, I still have the same problem.
How can I call this widget in a page using a shortcode? Please help! Thanks.
