I get this error after activating the plug-in:

    Shortcode for Current Date
Fatal error: Class ‘WPCD_Plugin’ not found in /homepages/4/d194349563/htdocs/clr-photography/wp-content/plugins/shortcode-for-current-date/includes/sfcd-welcome-page-content.php on line 23

And I can’t get the short code to work at all. I’m using the examples verbatim. Yes, the plug-in is activated.

    Like:
    [current_date format=’Y’]
    [current_date format=’F d, Y’]

The short codes just print out like regular text.

    Additional info:

The shortcode works on a regular page, but I’m trying to use it in the copyright text under footer options.

Is there a way to resolve this?

    Hi,

That error was fixed on last update. If you haven’t, please update the plugin.

About using it in copyright text, I am sorry I am not sure how to do that.

There could be plugins to execute shortcodes there.

    Regards.
